Sensory IntegrationThe Alexander Technique is ideally suited for helping people form sensory integration and body awareness, and comprises a system of physical and vocal training that is especially beneficial for people on the Spectrum.

The Alexander Technique is also noted for calming the nervous system and teaching stress management, thereby helping students relieve their tension and anxiety.

Caitlin is experienced working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum. She works as a respite care provider for children and teens with Autism and Asperger Syndrome.
